Frequently Asked Questions

What is included?

Scanning is free on every plan, including the scan summary. A membership adds the complete findings, downloadable and PDF reports, Verify Report, the Certified Verification Stamp, QR verification and ASK AST. The Monthly and Annual memberships include the same features; only the access period differs.

Is the Monthly Membership recurring?

Pending Owner ruling. This answer will state either that the membership is billed monthly until cancelled, or that it is a single payment covering one month with no automatic renewal.

Is the Annual Membership billed once yearly?

Yes. One payment of $15.00 covers 12 months. It does not renew automatically.

How do renewals work?

Pending Owner ruling for the Monthly Membership. The Annual Membership does not renew automatically — access ends after 12 months and you purchase again to continue.

Is free scanning limited?

Free tier allows 5 scans per 10 minutes. Try again after 10 minutes. Paid plans offer unlimited scans and full reports.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed by Stripe. AllScanTool does not store your payment information.
